The new Konjac Spaghetti range comes in two flavors - Tomato Sauce and Black Pepper Sauce. Each 250g box contains a 150g pouch of konjac spaghetti and a 100g sauce pouch. Preparation is deliberately simple: boil the noodles, drain, add sauce, and it's on the table in about three minutes. No elaborate rinsing ritual, no separate seasoning mix to measure.
Why Konjac Pasta
Konjac flour comes from the root of the konjac plant, a crop cultivated in Asia for over 2,000 years. Its signature component is glucomannan, a soluble dietary fiber that gives the noodles their springy, bouncy texture. The result is a pasta alternative that is naturally low in calories, high in fiber, and gluten-free - three attributes that increasingly drive purchasing decisions in European and North American retail.
