For standard products, the MOQ is 100 cartons with mixed SKUs allowed (minimum 35 cartons per SKU). New clients can start with sample orders or small trial orders. For OEM/ODM custom products, the MOQ is negotiated based on packaging design and recipe requirements.

After receiving full payment, production is scheduled according to factory capacity. Under normal circumstances, lead time from payment to shipment is approximately 15–20 days, depending on current order volume. We provide an accurate estimated shipment date upon order confirmation.

Yes. Two options are available: (1) No deposit — MOQ of approximately 700 cartons (one film roll); (2) With packaging material deposit — MOQ reduced to 200 cartons, deposit fully refunded after materials are consumed. For first-time clients, we recommend starting with our standard packaging.

We accept 100% full payment before production. Once payment is received, we schedule production and ensure every shipment consists of the freshest batches possible.

We typically use sea freight (FCL or LCL); air freight or courier can also be arranged upon request. You may designate your own freight forwarder to pick up at our factory, and we will provide all export documents.

Yes. You can combine different flavors and product shapes (sticks, slices, chunks, shreds) in one order. The minimum quantity per SKU is 35 cartons, and the mix ratio can be discussed based on your order details.
