From 17 to 21 October 2026, LAKEXIXI — operated by Hunan Spicy Seven Degree Food Co., Ltd. — will make its debut at SIAL Paris, the world's largest food innovation exhibition. Located at Paris Nord Villepinte, Hall 5A, Stand V197D, the company will showcase its two flagship categories: wheat-based latiao and chewy konjac snacks, alongside a range of new product series developed specifically for international retail.
SIAL Paris draws more than 7,000 exhibitors and over 150,000 professional visitors from roughly 120 countries each edition. For LAKEXIXI, the show represents more than a trade-fair appearance — it is a deliberate step into the European market at a moment when demand for Asian savory snacks is accelerating faster than at any point in the past decade.

Within that figure, the spicy snack segment alone accounts for roughly USD 4.05 billion, and consumer appetite for bold, internationally inspired flavors is climbing. SIAL's own 2026 trend analysis notes a 22.8% global increase in products promoting spicy flavor profiles, with chili, ginger, and black garlic among the fastest-rising taste directions.
LAKEXIXI enters this environment with a production setup that few specialty snack exporters can match. The company runs two dedicated factories — one for latiao, one for konjac — each exceeding 10,000 square meters. The latiao facility operates 8 production lines with 21 machines, capable of producing up to 3,000 cartons (150,000 units) per day. The konjac plant runs 2 lines with 12 machines, with a daily output ranging from 1.2 million to 1.8 million packs.
What Visitors Will Find at Stand V197D
At SIAL Paris, LAKEXIXI will present its newly launched VP Series of spicy wheat snacks — three SKUs across two flavor profiles (Sweet Chili & Cumin and Mala Hot Pot), all V-Label vegan certified with a 360-day shelf life. Alongside it, the Konjac Delight Series will introduce European buyers to two product forms (strips and shrimp-shaped bites) in Hot & Spicy and Garlic flavors, packaged in compact 15g and 18g mini pouches ideal for impulse retail and convenience channels.
Beyond finished products, the LAKEXIXI team will be on hand to discuss four partnership models: wholesale distribution, OEM, private label, and ODM custom development.
